At the end of my rope with ovarian cysts? I have been having a lot of issues with ovarian cysts. In April 2010, I had a bilateral cystectomy. One cyst was removed from each ovary and they were complex dermoid cysts. They were large and painful. I was told to discontinue birth control pills for awhile and let my ovaries “heal and do what they do naturally” (my doctor’s words).

Anyway during 2010, I moved to another state and I decided to see what was going on with my body and make sure that I was still free of cysts. My new doctor put me on birth control pills (low dose) and also ordered an ultrasound. The ultrasound says that the cysts are back (not as big as before though). I am so frustrated. I am willing to do whatever therapies (conventional and unconventional) to get rid of these recurrent cysts.

I don’t want to undergo surgery again because it seemed like it didn’t help before. I am waiting on my doctor to refer me to someone and the wait is agonizing. Is there any help for ovarian cysts? The ones they said I have now are not really painful. I was sore after the trans-vaginal ultrasound but the pain is soreness, not major pain like it was the first time that I had this cyst issue.

I am at the end of my rope and willing to consider any and all treatments natural, conventional or otherwise. I would like some advice. I will be choosing a best answer. Thanks in advance for your time. Please help!
