Ruptured Ovarian Cyst
A ruptured cyst may or may not have affected your ovary. It would all depend where the cyst was and how big it was when it ruptured. Telling if there was any amount of damage would be be a guess.
A sonar could give an indication if the ovary was severely damaged.
Since both ovaries produce eggs, it is still possible for a woman to fall pregnant even if an ovary had been removed for whatever reason.
If you did fall pregnant, a cyst in the past will not affect the pregnancy, nor will it affect giving birth. If, however, you develop a cyst during the pregnancy it will have to be monitored by the doctor and can easily be picked up by a sonar.
